Villa Eden is a private four-bedroom villa arranged over two floors. It has four double bedrooms, each with air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom, a kitchen, frescoed ceilings, antique furnishings, two panoramic terraces and a fenced garden. Caretakers live in a separate wing with an independent entrance and are available to guests. Guests have exclusive use of the park and swimming pool.

The swimming pool is about 50 metres from the villa, measures approximately 15 by 6 metres, has a depth of 1 to 2.20 metres, Roman steps, a diving board, lighting and a chlorine purification system. It is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The villa is in Ispra. Capo Fornaci beach is 50 metres away. Ispra shops and services are 1.5 km away. The access road is paved, wide and easily accessible; the last private stretch is sometimes slightly uphill. Covered parking is available for four cars.

The property is for lease only. Small pets are allowed on request. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are prohibited without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The garden is fully fenced.
