House rules
The usual changeover day is Thursday, although there may be flexibility in low season. Guests with fixed dates or booked flights that do not coincide with Thursday should request confirmation before booking. The villa is self-catered. Occupancy is 10 guests; guests 11 to 14 incur an additional charge that includes an extra bed. A group deposit of €150 per guest is payable by card up to two weeks before arrival. Tourism taxes may apply.
Getting there
Praia do Peneco is 2.6 km away. The villa is in Cerro de Águia, close to beaches, restaurants, supermarkets and golf courses. A car is not essential for the stay. The exact address is shared on enquiry.
