## About the house

The 134 m² villa sleeps up to six guests and combines whitewashed Cycladic architecture with dry-stone walls. The property occupies 600 m², with 400 m² of furnished terraces and pool area, and has a main building and garden guesthouse with three independent entrances. All rooms, living areas and the pool have direct sea views.

The main building has two floors. The entrance floor contains a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, living room with fireplace and dining area. Upstairs are two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms: an 18 m² master bedroom with a double bed, safe, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and towels, and a 16 m² bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and towels. Both have access to the parking area; the master bedroom overlooks Kalafatis Beach. The 22 m² guesthouse bedroom has a queen-size bed, air conditioning, hairdryer, bathroom amenities and towels, with an independent entrance and access to the pool and parking area.

Outside are a private 3.5 × 2.5 m pool, two sea-view sitting areas, a living pergola, an open-air breakfast and dining area, and furnished sunset terraces. Parking accommodates two cars through one vehicle entrance. Pool towels, a shower and changing room, Wi-Fi and pet permission are available.

Services include airport and port transfers, beach sunbeds and umbrellas, boat trips, car and motorbike rental, concierge, massage, and fax and photocopy services. Beauty treatments and a doctor are available on request.
