The house

Built in 2023, the villa is fully air-conditioned and insulated for year-round use. On the first floor, an open-plan area combines a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room. A double bedroom on this floor has its own bathroom and a separate toilet. The second floor has another double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom has a balcony overlooking greenery. The three bathrooms have showers, toilets and hot and cold water.

Outside are a private 32 m² swimming pool, an outdoor shower, six sun loungers, a covered seating area beside the pool and a covered terrace with a barbecue. Table football, a badminton net and a children's playground provide recreation.

The kitchen includes hot and cold water, a refrigerator, a 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher. A washing machine, iron, hairdryer, four televisions, satellite television and a DVD player are available. There is one high chair and one cot. Wi-Fi and four free on-site parking spaces are provided.

The villa is in Nedescina near Labin, 306 metres above sea level above the Rasa river valley. Shopping and the nearest restaurant are 500 metres away; the sea and rocky coast are 10 km away. Pula Airport (PUY) is 44 km away.
