The house

The 157 m² stone villa has four bedrooms and two bathrooms arranged over two levels. Each bedroom has a double bed for two people; both bathrooms have a toilet, hot and cold water, and a shower. The furnished open-plan living and dining area includes a fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has hot and cold water, an oven, refrigerator, 30-litre freezer, coffee brewer, microwave and dishwasher.

The 670 m² fenced garden has a barbecue area, a covered terrace with a dining table, five sun loungers, a 24 m² private outdoor swimming pool and an outdoor shower. Free on-site parking is available.

The villa is fully air-conditioned, insulated for year-round use and equipped with central heating, Wi-Fi, a satellite TV, a stereo system, a hairdryer and a washing machine. One high chair and two cots are available. The property was refurbished in 2015. Consumption costs are included.
