House rules
The property is not fenced. Pets are permitted for €50 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
Getting there
The villa is a few kilometres from Montefalco. Access includes 200 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The annex is reached via a ramp of twelve steps, and the pool can be reached by three stone steps or across the lawn. The property is at approximately 450 metres above sea level.
