The property is not fenced. Pets are allowed subject to a fee of €50 per animal per week or part of a week, payable on site. When rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site.
Getting there
The villa is a few kilometres from Montefalco. Access includes 200 m of unpaved road in good condition. The swimming pool is about 12 m from the house and can be reached by three stone steps or across the lawn. Montefalco is 9 km away; Spoleto is 18 km away.
