House rules
Pets are not accepted. A refundable deposit of 10,000 Turkish lira is required and is returned after departure if no damage is found. Outdoor pools in the surrounding site are closed and emptied from November 1 through April 30.

The beach is 500 m away. The villa is described as being within walking distance of the beach. A mini market, restaurant, and bus stop are each 100 m away; the center is 18 km away.
