Pets are not accepted. The outdoor pools are closed and emptied from 1 November to 30 April because of weather conditions. The indoor pool is heated only when activated for a daily fee of 2,000 Turkish lira. A 10,000 Turkish lira deposit is collected and returned after checkout if no damage is found.

The villa is in Ortaalan, Kalkan. Kalkan center is 800 m away, the nearest beach is 900 m away, a mini market is 400 m away and a restaurant is 500 m away. Dalaman Airport is 120 km away and Antalya Airport is 230 km away.
