One small or medium-sized pet up to 10 kg is allowed. The property is partially enclosed by hedges and stone walls. The pool is seasonal and available from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Castellina in Chianti is approximately 2 km away. The property has 1.2 km of unpaved access road, not recommended for sports cars. The Tyrrhenian Sea at Castiglione della Pescaia is 120 km away. The winery is approximately 2 km from the farmhouse.
