A 2 m high wire-mesh fence encloses the property, and a laurel hedge provides privacy around the pool area.

Lake Trasimeno is 11 km away and Cortona is 13 km away. Terontola train station is 6 km away, the A1 Valdichiana exit is 20 km away, and Petrignano shops and services are 2.5 km away. The access road is paved up to the gate. There are 8 uncovered parking spaces inside the property.

Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Pets are accepted on request. The gym is available for €50 per week or part of a week, and the Finnish sauna is available for €30 per week or part of a week.
