The villa occupies part of a stone farmhouse and retains traditional Tuscan architectural elements, including exposed wooden-beamed ceilings. It has three floors connected by internal stairs and approximately 260 square metres of space. The garden covers about two hectares and includes terraces, fruit trees, a fire pit and outdoor dining areas.

The pool area has umbrellas, sunbeds, a cold-water shower, a changing room and a relaxation area. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

Wi-Fi internet connection is provided.

The villa is approximately 1.5 km from Camaiore. Lido di Camaiore beach is 10 km away. The beaches of Versilia can be reached within a few minutes by car. The access roads are paved. Parking is adjacent to the property with up to three spaces. The garden and pool terraces follow the natural slope and are connected by wooden steps.

The property allows up to one small-sized pet. Parties and events, and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit, are forbidden without prior written authorisation. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The property is a private structure available for lease only.
