House rules
Weekly rates are offered for 2–6 people. A 10-night minimum applies during the stated Christmas/New Year period. A 12.5% hotel tax, 5% service charge, $325 cleaning fee and $59 non-refundable damage waiver apply. The damage waiver covers up to the first $500 in accidental damage when damage is reported while on the island; damage above $500 is the guest's responsibility. Standard housekeeping is provided before arrival and after departure; additional cleaning during the stay may be arranged for a fee. The twin beds do not convert to a king. Backup power capability may be limited by battery charge and electrical demand.
Getting there
The villa is approximately 600 feet above Great Cruz Bay. Cruz Bay is approximately a 10–15-minute drive via paved roads. The beach and spa at The Westin St. John are situated below the villa.
