The home has a spacious living room with a 25-foot cathedral ceiling, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private 23-foot saltwater pool and sundeck, and views of the Caribbean Sea, Great Cruz Bay and sunsets. The main level contains the living, dining and kitchen areas plus two guest bedrooms; an interior staircase leads to the upper-level primary suite with a private upper deck. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric stove and oven, refrigerator and freezer, microwave, dishwasher, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, dinnerware and essential utensils. It opens onto a covered outdoor dining patio with seating for six and a gas barbecue grill. A washer and dryer are on the lower level. All three bedrooms have air conditioning, cable television, views and private ensuite bathrooms with showers. The upper-level primary suite has a king bed, 46-inch TV and private upper deck. The main-level guest bedroom has a king bed, 65-inch TV, private exterior entrance and a connecting doorway to the twin bedroom. The third bedroom has two twin beds that do not convert to a king, a 38-inch TV and a connecting doorway to the king bedroom. Tesla solar panels and an automatic battery backup support key appliances, lighting, and the air-conditioning units in the upstairs primary bedroom and downstairs king bedroom during power interruptions; backup capability depends on battery charge and electrical demand.
