The remodeled home was featured on the 2024 Modernism Week Tour. Four bedrooms include two primary suites at opposite ends of the home, three king beds and one queen bed. The open-plan living area has a fireplace, a 65-inch flatscreen TV and a dining area seating eight. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a gas cooktop and a wine fridge. Outdoor spaces include a saltwater pool with waterfall spa, chaise lounges, a cabana-style daybed, a shaded dining pavilion, a fire pit lounge, a shaded lanai, a built-in BBQ grill, a hammock, bocce ball and bean bag toss games. A NACS (Tesla) EV charger and J1772 adapter are provided for charging most EV models.

The home is on Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, with the Legends Course just outside the door. The neighborhood is suitable for walking and biking, with access to hiking trails and Palm Canyon Drive's dining, shopping and nightlife. Grocery stores, Trader Joe's, Target and coffee shops are nearby.

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. Dogs only; no other pets are allowed. Optional pool and spa heating is charged per day and must be requested before arrival; heating can take up to 48 hours.
