## About the house

The home accommodates up to 10 guests and has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. Three bedrooms are upstairs, and two are downstairs with their own access. Four bedrooms have air conditioning. Contemporary finishes, bright open spaces and indoor–outdoor living areas characterize the home.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool surrounded by tropical greenery, private river access, a lawn, a barbecue and an outdoor shower. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, a washer, dryer, microwave, refrigerator, window coverings and two garages. The property is gated with security at the entrance.

Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are less than 10 minutes away. Marino Ballena National Park and Uvita Waterfall are each 5 minutes away. Access is available year-round without a 4×4, although all-wheel drive is recommended, especially during the rainy season.

Pool maintenance staff enter on scheduled days. Occasional wildlife encounters, power outages and interruptions to the spring-fed water supply can occur.

Year-round access does not require a 4×4. All-wheel drive is recommended, especially during the rainy season. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants and beaches are less than 10 minutes away. San José (SJO) Airport is approximately 3.5 hours away by car. An alternative is a 20-minute flight from SJO to Quepos Airport followed by 45 minutes by car. The mountainous setting can experience weather-related power outages, and the spring-fed water supply can occasionally be interrupted. Insects, lizards, rodents and reptiles may occasionally be encountered despite pest control.

Pool maintenance staff access the property on scheduled days. Occasional encounters with local wildlife do not constitute a breach of the rental policy. A service fee of $100 varies with the number of days; a cleaning fee of $89 also applies.
