The house

Villa Del Mar provides 100 m² of living space on a 250 m² private plot and is arranged over two levels, with the pool area on the lower ground floor. The living area has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, pantry items, a dining table for six, TV, air conditioning, sofa bed, family bathroom with shower, and washing machine. A covered terrace has outdoor dining and a barbecue.

The bedroom area has a 180 x 200 cm king-size bed, a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed, air conditioning, TV, sea views, and a bathroom with shower. The private heated pool measures 5.2 x 3 m and has a no-chlorine system; its temperature can be affected by weather and seasons. The pool area has sun loungers, a sun umbrella, outdoor seating, an outdoor shower, and a gate toward the beach. The property has free Wi-Fi, secured private parking for two cars, garden and terrace areas, balcony, barbecue, outdoor dining, parasol, linens, towels, hair dryer, iron and board, satellite cable, baby cot, and highchair.
