The villa has four bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, en-suite bathroom with rainfall shower, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and blackout blinds. Bedrooms 1 and 4 are master suites with ocean-view terraces, outdoor sitting areas, working desks, luggage racks, and Masaya chairs. Bedroom 2 has ocean views and its own terrace. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a twin bunk above and sleeps three. The lower floor is wheelchair accessible. The infinity pool overlooks the Pacific and the Whale's Tail formation, with a jacuzzi alongside. A palapa provides shaded space for lounging or yoga. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee maker, and toaster. The common areas have double AC units. The villa has a backup generator and two covered parking spots attached to the property.
