The property is rented as a private structure only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorisation and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Some areas, including the office wing and some interior rooms, are private and inaccessible to guests. Caretakers live in an annex within the park and access outdoor areas for garden maintenance.
Getting there
The villa is on the hills of Colle Berico. Vicenza's historic centre is about 10–15 minutes away by car and the railway station is about 1.2 km away. A scenic staircase below the villa provides an approximately 15-minute walk to the city centre. Access roads are paved, and parking is within the property. The villa is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
