The house

The villa has a living room with a large sofa, flat-screen TV and dining table with chairs, plus a separate kitchen with a gas hob, coffee machine, moka pot, kettle and microwave. A ground-floor service bathroom has a sink, WC and bidet.

All four bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a double bed and wardrobes; the second has a double bed and a single bed; the third has a double bed and a bunk bed; and the fourth has a bunk bed and a single bed. Some bedrooms overlook a large terrace with lake and hill views. Upstairs there is one bathroom with a shower, sink, WC and bidet, and another with a bathtub, sink, WC and bidet.

The private swimming pool opens from 15 May to 30 September. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and a hairdryer are available. The villa is in a quiet, green hillside setting near Lake Garda on the Brescia shore. Verona airport is a 45-minute drive away.
