Only one small or medium-sized pet is permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. Heating is charged according to consumption.
Getting there
The property is in Località San Quirico, 13 km from Orvieto. The access includes 500 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is on a lower terrace 20 metres from the villa and is reached by 20 tuff steps with a fence or across the lawn. Orvieto train station is 15 km away. Beaches listed are Ansedonia at 96 km and Santa Marinella at 104 km.
