The property is near Grottaglie, which can be reached on foot. The access roads are paved up to the entrance. Marina di Pulsano is 27 km away. The pool is reached from the main villa via three stone steps; the annex is accessed via three steps.

The property is for lease only. Pets are not permitted. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, comprising 8 standard places plus 2 extra single beds in the annex living area. The owner's private residence is on the first floor with independent access.
