The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October; the paved sunbathing area has loungers, a cold-water shower and a gazebo.

The property is in Valpolicella on the Veronese hills. Verona is stated as 9–10 km away, Lake Garda is a short distance away, and the villa is reached via a road described both as paved to the entrance and as a dirt road leading from the entrance gate to the parking area. The swimming pool is approximately 100 m from the villa along an internal path.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
