The house

Villa Dasianda has 230 m² of indoor living space across two levels. It has two kitchen, dining and living areas, a workspace, a private 30 m² heated pool, an outdoor dining area beside a barbecue, an outdoor shower, a children's playground, terraces and a balcony. The whole house is air-conditioned. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen connected to the outdoor dining area and grill, two bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower bathrooms, a toilet and laundry.

The first floor has a kitchen with dining and living area, three bedrooms, a family bathroom and a toilet. Bedroom 3 is described in the room inventory as having two single beds, while the narrative describes it as having a double bed. Restaurants and bars are 200 m away, minimarkets are within walking distance, and Omiš is 4 km away. Optional extra services include grocery delivery, an in-villa private chef, massage, sailing with a skipper and boat tours; terms are agreed separately.
