Getting there
The villa is between Gabbro and Castelnuovo della Misericordia, each 5 km away. The Tyrrhenian coast and beaches are 10 km away. Entry is through a gate just off the main road, followed by a short concrete driveway; a gravel path and steps lead to the house. The property has a short uphill driveway and parking inside the property. The access road includes a short concrete driveway.
