Getting there
The villa is between Gabbro and Castelnuovo della Misericordia, each 5 km away. The Tyrrhenian coast is 10 km away. The entrance has a short concrete driveway, and a gravel path and steps lead to the house. Parking is inside the property. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
