PRIVATE STRUCTURE (Lease only). Villa Cutrera is a newly built villa in southeast Sicily, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Well-equipped for up to six guests, this single-storey property spans three en-suite double bedrooms and a large open-plan living room with a dining table and kitchen. Furnished in contemporary style, the colourful interiors feature French windows leading out to shaded porticos and a lush garden. Designed for al fresco living, a furnished pergola stands beside the saltwater pool and a separate raised wooden deck houses a hydromassage tub and additional seating, with garden views.
Marina di Ragusa’s sandy beaches and the Baroque towns of Modica, Ragusa and Scicli are all within easy reach. N.B. A separate independent house is just a few metres away at the rear of the villa.
