The salt-purified pool measures 12 x 6 m, with a depth from 0.90 m to 2.50 m. It has Roman steps, a metal ladder, a diving board, lighting and a ceramic-tiled solarium. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. A separate salt-purified hot tub for five is beside the pool.

The property is reached by a paved country road up to the entrance gate, followed by a gravel driveway. Shops, a butcher and a pizzeria are 500 m away. Marina di Ragusa is 44 km away and Punta Braccetto is 45 km away; the coast is reached in less than an hour. The property has a partial fence: a 1.80 m wall in some areas and a 1.80 m metal mesh fence in others.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Pets are allowed up to medium size. A separate independent house is a few metres away at the rear of the villa. The pool and hot tub are open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.
