It is about 25 metres from the villa, reached by a grass-and-stone path, and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. The pool has five submerged steps, a metal ladder, nighttime lighting and a surrounding solarium with sunbeds, tables, chairs and umbrellas.

The villa is a few kilometres from Abbateggio. Pescara is 38 km away and Francavilla al Mare is 46 km away. The property has paved access roads and parking within the property for up to 10 cars. The pool is about 25 metres from the villa along a grass-and-stone path.

This is a private structure available for lease only. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Small and medium-sized pets only, maximum two; no cats. The property is not fenced.
