The infinity pool is about 25 metres from the villa on a lower terrace, reached by a grass-and-stone path. It measures 12 x 6 metres, with a depth of 1.30 metres and a gradually sloping 6 x 1.60 metre entry area with a constant depth of 0.40 metres. It has five submerged steps, a metal ladder, a chlorine purification system, lighting and a surrounding solarium. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is a few kilometres from Abbateggio. Access roads are paved. The pool is about 25 metres from the villa and is reached along a grass-and-stone path. Pescara beaches are 38 km away and Francavilla beaches are 46 km away. Parking is within the property, with up to 10 spaces.

Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Small and medium-sized pets only, maximum two; cats are not allowed. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
