The house

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms, including two exterior guest studios. The bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and verandas, and there is a separate guest WC.

Indoor spaces include an open-plan living room, dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, refrigerator and coffee facilities. Furnishings and equipment include a fireplace, cable-satellite flat-screen TV, a stereo system with CD player, a safe, an iron and ironing board, hairdryers and bath amenities.

Outside, a shaded, wind-protected dining area, outdoor lounge, veranda seating and sunbeds surround the private infinity pool. Pool towels are provided. The property has sea, garden, mountain and pool views.

Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi are available. Parking is free for up to two small cars. Daily maid service and a welcome fruit basket on arrival are provided. Non-smoking rooms are available. Choulakia Beach is nearby, and Agios Stefanos Beach is a short distance away.
