Villa Croci was built in the 1950s and has been renovated while retaining its historic style. The villa has two floors, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a large garden and a seasonal pool. The property is in the Grosseto area, near Tuscany's Etruscan coast and historic towns.

The pool is about 10 metres from the main building and is reached by a small flight of steps. It is open from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October, measures 18 x 8 metres and has a depth varying from 1.50 to 2.80 metres. The pool is chlorine-treated and has large entry steps, a tiled solarium, sunbeds, deckchairs and an outdoor cold-water shower. A nearby room has a fridge, bathroom and hot-water shower.

The villa is among the hills of Tuscany. The beaches of Castiglione della Pescaia and Marina di Grosseto are 26 km and 28 km away respectively. The access road includes 100 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is reached via a small flight of steps. The property is 2 km from the SS1 Aurelia Giuncarico exit.

Pets are permitted only on request, outside only, with a maximum of two. The property is fenced. The fireplaces are ornamental. When the villa is rented in this arrangement, no other guests are present on site.
