It is chlorine-treated and has large entry steps, sunbeds, deckchairs and an outdoor cold-water shower. A nearby room has a fridge, bathroom and hot-water shower.

Wi-Fi internet connection is available on the ground floor.

The property is among the hills of Tuscany. There are 100 metres of unpaved access road in good condition. Castiglione della Pescaia is 26 km away and Marina di Grosseto is 28 km away. The pool is about 10 metres from the villa and is reached via a small flight of steps.

Pets are allowed only on request, outdoors only, with a maximum of two. The property is fenced. The fireplaces are ornamental. When the property is rented in this solution, no other guests are present on site.
