The pool area has a bar, deckchairs, sunbeds, umbrellas, a hot-water shower, tables and chairs. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday of October.

The property has direct access to the free beach of Marina di Bibbona. The beach is 5 m away and reached by a descent with 5 steps. The access roads include 300 m of unpaved road. Shops and services are 700 m away in Marina di Bibbona. Four uncovered parking spaces are available inside the property.

The property is for lease only. One pet is permitted. Events, parties and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. External providers, chefs and suppliers are not permitted; villa services may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers.
