## About the house

The villa has a garden, terraces and a private saltwater pool measuring 9.4 × 4.2 m, with depths from 1 to 1.7 m. Eight sun loungers, a parasol and a shade sail surround the pool. Outside there is a dining porch seating eight, a barbecue, an outdoor sofa on the main porch and a children's playground.

The house occupies the ground floor and floor -1. The main floor has a living room with satellite TV opening onto the kitchen-dining area, which has an induction hob and microwave. Each floor has one bedroom with two single beds pushed together and one bedroom with a double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes. There is one shower bathroom on each floor. A cot and high chair are available.

Air conditioning serves all rooms. Oil-fired radiators are available from December to April. Air conditioning and heating are free from 12:00–15:00 and 19:00–05:00; 24-hour use requires a supplement. The laundry area has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Free Wi-Fi and free outdoor parking for five cars are available.

Alcúdia town centre is 1.1 km away, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is 2.3 km away and Alcanada Golf Course is 5.5 km away.

The accommodation is intended for families and guests over 26 seeking a peaceful stay. Parties, celebrations and events are not accepted. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Guests must dispose of all rubbish and leave the property properly tidied before departure; otherwise €90 will be deducted from the security deposit. A mandatory Ecotasa tourist tax applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season.
