The saltwater pool is approximately 10 metres from the villa on the same level. It measures 9 x 8 metres; half has a 0.40 m-deep beach section with hydromassage jets, while the remaining area is 1.50 m deep with two submerged access steps. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The villa is 4 km from Cingoli, 28 km from Macerata, 39 km from Loreto, 40 km from the Adriatic at Porto Recanati and 50 km from Ancona. Access includes 500 metres of unpaved road. Shops and services are about 700 metres away in Frazione Torre. The property is at an altitude of 360 metres. Parking is inside the property with four uncovered spaces.

The property is not fenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Extra guests are not covered beyond the maximum limit stated in the booking. Unauthorised chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
