The house

Renovated in 2021, this 190 sq.m, two-level Cycladic residence is part of a villa complex and accommodates up to ten guests, including its independent guest house. The main level has an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access, a living and dining area opening to the terrace and pool, and a guest WC. Three lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to the garden. The separately entered guest house contains a queen bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a separate living room with a twin sofa bed. The five-bathroom total includes the guest WC.

Outdoor facilities include a 60 sq.m private infinity pool, pergola-shaded dining, a barbecue, sea-view terraces, lounge and sunbathing areas, Mediterranean gardens with olive trees and cacti, and an outdoor shower. Private parking, air conditioning and Wi-Fi throughout are available. Other amenities include a writing desk, central heating, a fireplace, television with cable/satellite and movie/sport channels, a CD/DVD player, soundproof windows, a safe, a refrigerator, coffee facilities, an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer, bath amenities, beach towels and pool towels. Wine and a fruit basket are provided on arrival.

Daily interior cleaning, villa maintenance, linen and towel changes twice weekly, and a meet-and-greet service are provided. One complimentary one-way airport or port transfer is included with advance notice. Concierge assistance is available for transportation, dining and experiences. Professional-chef meals, dry cleaning, additional transfers, security, nanny services, yacht rental, car rental and helicopter tours or charters are available at extra cost.
