The main level has an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access, a living and dining area opening to the terrace and pool, and a guest WC. Three lower-level bedrooms each have a queen bed, an en-suite bathroom and French doors opening to the garden. The separately entered guest house contains a queen bedroom, an en-suite bathroom and a separate living room with a twin sofa bed. The five-bathroom total includes the guest WC. Outdoor facilities include a 60 sq.m private infinity pool, pergola-shaded dining, a barbecue, sea-view terraces, lounge and sunbathing areas, Mediterranean gardens with olive trees and cacti, and an outdoor shower.
