Villa Cayo Coco is an excellent option for those seeking a comfortable and spacious stay in Portimão, ideal for group or family holidays. On the ground floor, the house offers a spacious living and dining room, providing a pleasant space for socialising. Also on this floor, there are three bedrooms, two doubles and a twin, as well as two bathrooms, one of which is a service bathroom. On the first floor, there are two more double bedrooms and a shared bathroom.
On the upper floor, there is a twin bedroom with a private bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen ensures all conditions for preparing meals during your stay. On the outside, the house features a private swimming pool and a pleasant barbecue area, ideal for enjoying the Algarve climate. Located in Portimão, just a few minutes from beaches and areas with restaurants, bars and local shops, this property offers a perfect base to explore the best of the region.
The moving day for this property is on Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during low season). If your flights are already booked or if your dates are fixed and do not coincide with the property's usual moving day, we ask that you send us an information request before making the booking, to confirm whether the dates can be accepted. This property is self-catered. For greater convenience, food hampers can be booked in advance (additional cost).
Pool heating is always an added value for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. With pool heating activated, the water temperature will always be between 5°C and 8°C above what it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property's location. Nevertheless, should you be interested, we would be delighted to help with the booking. We can also arrange transfers, should you require them. Group deposit: €200 per guest, with payment by credit or debit card to be made up to 2 weeks before arrival.
Please note that the occupancy of this property is 12. From the 13th to the 16th guest, an additional charge will be levied which includes an extra bed. According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
