All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public to the high-water mark.
What are the nearby beach conditions?
The beach directly behind the villa is pebbly or rocky. Beaches may experience floating ocean debris and seasonal sargassum seaweed.
Are kayaks available?
Two to three owner-provided single kayaks are listed, and additional single or tandem kayaks are available for discounted rental with a signed waiver.
