The property is 1.5 km from San Gimignano, shops and essential services are nearby, and the commercial area of Poggibonsi is reachable by car in 10 minutes. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. The Tyrrhenian coast at Cecina is 78 km away.

The property is available for lease only. Pets are allowed. The property is not fenced. The swimming pool is seasonal and is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
