Visitors or extra guests exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the villa may be provided only by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers. The two floors are independent and are not connected internally; the first floor is reached by an external staircase.
Getting there
The villa is in Albisano, a hillside hamlet of Torri del Benaco. Torri del Benaco is 3 km away by the stated access route, and its beaches are 5 km away; Garda is 10 km away. Access follows the road from Garda to Albisano and then a small lane for about 200 metres to the entrance gate. The access roads are paved. A car is needed to reach nearby towns, shops and beaches. Parking is within the property, but the source gives conflicting car-space counts.
