It is reached by eleven terracotta steps from the pergola and open-plan living area, or across the lawn from the parking area. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the municipality of Acquapendente, 8 km from Acquapendente and 22 km from Orvieto. A 50-metre unpaved road in good condition leads to the property. The pool is about 20 metres from the villa and is reached by eleven terracotta steps from the pergola and open-plan living area. Four uncovered parking spaces are available.

The entire property is leased privately, with no other guests present on site. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property has an unfenced park. The villa is connected by an internal staircase, and the property is not certified for reduced-mobility access.
