It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.

The property is in the municipality of Acquapendente, on the Lazio-Umbria border. It is 22 km from Orvieto, 8 km from Acquapendente, 13 km from Lake Bolsena and 60 km from Montalto and Tarquinia beaches. Access includes 50 metres of unpaved road in good condition. The pool is reached by eleven terracotta steps from the pergola and living area.

The property is available for lease only. The park is unfenced. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. The property is not certified for reduced-mobility access. The villa's three floors are connected only by an internal staircase.
