RECEPTIVE STRUCTURE. Villa Carlotta is a restored stone farmhouse set in a scenic hillside setting near Pescia. Equipped for luxurious relaxation, the villa features a heated indoor pool with hydromassage, a sauna and a panoramic outdoor pool in the garden. Sleeping up to eight, this two-storey villa has been carefully restored to retain its characterful original wooden beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls. With modern country style furnishings throughout, the interiors span an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area on the ground floor and four double bedrooms on the upper floor.
Outside, a portico and terrace for dining and drinks overlooks the pool and lawned garden, fringed with greenery, chestnut trees, cypresses and olive trees. Open views from the villa extend over the Valdinievole countryside and the medieval villages of the Svizzera Pesciatina.
