The indoor pool measures 4.5 x 3.5 m with a constant depth of 1.30 m, has hydromassage stations, is heated and open year-round except in July and August, when heating is deactivated. Indoor pool heating in July and August is available on request for an additional daily cost.

The villa is near Pescia. The access road is a country road with narrow turns and is paved up to the gate. Pescia is 3 km away, the Pescia train station is 5 km away, and the A11 Chiesina Uzzanese exit is 8 km away. The nearest listed beaches are Viareggio on the Tyrrhenian Sea, 55 km away, and Forte dei Marmi, 65 km away. Parking is inside the property.

The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. Parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms.
