It has approximately 750 square metres of interior space, six bedroom suites, an open-plan living area, furnished patio, enclosed garden, pool, sun terrace, gazebo and billiard area.

The villa is near Ischia Porto, about 1.2 km from local services. It can be reached on foot via an uphill path or by car via the same road or a longer route. The access roads are paved up to the entrance gate. Spiaggia di San Pietro is 1.7 km away, and the Terme di Castiglione thermal park is 750 m away. Parking is outside the property along the road in front of the entrance gate.

The villa is for lease only. Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are strictly forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are permitted subject to the stated fee and extra-cleaning charge. Unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
