The house

Villa Caribic is a 180 m² fully air-conditioned villa with space for up to 8 guests. The ground floor has a living and dining area with glass walls toward the pool, a fully equipped indoor kitchen, television, a sauna room with shower and toilet, and a separate toilet with washing machine. The outdoor area has a private 72 m² infinity pool measuring 12 x 6 m, a whirlpool with canopy, a sun deck with 7 deck chairs, an outdoor shower, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue, covered dining and lounge areas, palm trees, and a playground with toys.

The first floor has four bedrooms; the first three have balcony access and pool views, while the fourth has a mountain view. Two family bathrooms are on the first floor, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Bikes, catering and masseur services can be arranged at an additional charge. The villa is in Gata village, 10 minutes by car and 5 km from a sandy and pebble beach, Cetina River, restaurants and activities in Omiš. A minimarket is listed at 200–300 m, and a supermarket in Omiš is 5–7 km away.
