The house

The Tuscan-inspired villa sleeps 10 in five ensuite bedrooms and sits within a gated community, with a double-gated entrance and private road. The estate includes a private vineyard, olive grove, fishing pond and a Tower with broad valley views.

The family room connects the kitchen, living room and formal dining room, with a fireplace and French doors opening onto a covered patio. Interior features include art, tapestries and an antique harpsichord. The equipped kitchen has generous counter space, a breakfast bar and a separate breakfast nook, plus a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and ice machine.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, covered patio, BBQ, outdoor shower, stone seating, garden and lawn. Pickleball, bocce, cricket and horseshoes are available on the grounds. The game room has billiards, foosball and a game console; other entertainment includes television, satellite or cable TV, a stereo and DVD player.

Three bedrooms have king beds and two have queen beds. All five have central air conditioning and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. The primary bedroom is on the second floor with vineyard views; guest bedroom 3 is upstairs. Guest bedroom 5 is downstairs with direct access to the front lawn and garden.

Heating, hot water, Wi-Fi, free parking, a washer, dryer, linens, hair dryer and iron are provided. A starter supply of household essentials lasts the first 2 to 3 days depending on group size; guests replenish supplies afterward. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, deadbolt lock, outdoor lighting and security cameras. A car is necessary for exploring nearby wineries, restaurants and the wider region.
