The property is fenced. Pets are allowed. Wellness facilities, including two hot tubs, a sauna and a sensory shower, are available on request and at an extra cost.
Getting there
The villa is in a hilly position in a small hamlet of the municipality of Serravalle di Chienti. A paved road leads to the gate. The pool is about 50 metres from the villa on a lower level and is reached by a 20-step flight of stairs and a paved drive. Colfiorito is about 5–6 km away, the SS77 Val di Chienti is about 4 km away, and the lower garden has 6–7 uncovered parking spaces.
